Nombulelo has over 20 years experience in the ICT
industry. After qualifying as an engineer she worked
at GEC and Siemens. She joined Telkom SA as the
head of the Payphone business in 1994, served as a
group executive in Regulatory Affairs until 1999, and
managing executive for International and Wholesale
Business until 2003. She then assumed the position of
chief sales and marketing officer and Exco member.
During this period she was appointed by the South
African Government in various non-executive roles
such as the Council of Pretoria Technikon, the SABS
and various telecommunications advisory forums. She
was Director Group Strategy Marketing, and Corporate
Affairs at Nedbank before joining Telkom in May 2009. |

Donnee MacDougall Managing Director Entyce Beverages
Donnee has some twenty years experience in brand management, consumer marketing, management consulting and general management focused in the FMCG industry.
She joined NBL in May 2000, and has spent time as Category Director of the Coffee & Creamer and Tea categories. In November 2006 she was appointed Managing Director of the Retail Beverages business unit. Prior to joining the AVI Group she spent 3 years as a Senior / Managing Consultant with Gemini Consulting with a specific focus on mass merchandising, channel marketing and sales effectiveness in various consumer segments, and 6 years with Cadbury Schweppes both in SA and the UK.

David Hood Managing Director Snackworks
David spent 13 years with Unilever, the last 5 years in the role of Sales and Distribution Director for their foods business. He joined I&J in 1999, being responsible for the Sales and Distribution division, which resulted in the forming of Vector Logistics as a stand-alone business unit reporting to AVI and Rainbow farms. Vector was unbundled from AVI in 2005, and David successfully headed up the independent business for the last two years. He rejoined AVI in March 2007 to head up Logistics Shared Services, and was appointed Managing Director of Snackworks on 1 July 2007.

Roger CoppinManaging Director Denny
Roger joined Simba in 1986 as Internal Auditor, and worked his way through the ranks to become National Sales Manager – General Trade. In March 1999 he was recruited into National Brands – Snacks, starting out as National Customer Business Development Manager, and after fulfilling a number of roles was promoted to Operations Executive for Willards. Roger left the Group for 1 year in 2007 to join Everite Building Products as Works Director, and returned as Managing Director for The Real Beverage Company in January 2008. He was appointed Managing Director of Denny in February 2009.

Robert joined Yardley in 1984 as an Assistant Product Manager. He was appointed Sales Director in 1992 and then Managing Director of Indigo in 1996. In September 2005, Robert was appointed Divisional Director: Semi-Durable Brands and subsequently Managing Director of Spitz in 2008.

Susan O' Keeffe Managing Director Indigo Cosmetics
Susan began her career in Durban working as a Product Manager for Bakers Limited before entering the cosmetic industry. She has spent the last 21 years marketing brands such as Revlon, Max Factor, Sally Hansen and Justine. In 1993 she became Marketing Director for Avroy Shlain Cosmetics and in 2000 joined Indigo Cosmetics, where she held the position of Marketing and Sales Director. In September 2005, Susan was appointed Managing Director of Indigo Cosmetics.
